2022 - 2023 Progress
As the foundational year for CUSLI, a large part of this year’s progress was dedicated to building a team and brainstorming potential payloads.
Ultimately, the team decided upon a thermal regulation experiment as the payload of the satellite.
This year was dedicated to determining a method of experimentation, and marked the assembly of the Attitude Determination and Control System (ADCS) subgroup.
The communications subgroup spent the year learning about radio communications and trying to contact satellites in orbit.
